We are looking for Project Managers who are true leaders and problem solvers, to join the Delivery – Business Intelligence team, lead challenging BI projects and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, according to the BIT project management methodologies, standards and procedures.

You’ll have the chance to deliver new solutions based on a leading Big Data reference architecture and state of the art tools, work with challenging Business stakeholders and lead young ambitious teams to success.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the project stages from project initiation to project closure and adoption;

Participate and act as enabler to the process change to an agile organization adopting an agile methodology for continuous incremental value delivery.

Ensure the realization of activities related to the daily management of projects;

Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with other internal teams or other departments at Sonae;

Ensure the compliance within schedules, service levels and budget among projects;

Prepare the periodic reporting activity, identifying improvement opportunities and acting in problem solving;

Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communication.

Assemble and coordinate project team members; assigning individual responsibilities;

Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time, on budget, on quality and on scope completion.
